As you have probably noticed by now, trials are fast approaching! This year we are splitting our trials into two separate sections – Super League and WAVL trials. There are two main reasons for this;

1. Space! At least years’ trials we were at absolute saturation point with the amount of players that attended trials. We received feedback from players and coaches alike regarding this, and so we have decided to spread out the trials so that every player gets to perform to the best of their ability – without accidentally running into somebody.

2. For 2018, Northern Stars will be running a squad-style setup for the Super League teams. That means if you are selected in Super League 1, 2 or 3, you will all train together on the same night as a unified group. Selection of teams from the squad will happen every week, providing a competitive edge to challenge players to constantly improve!
