Registration packs will be sent out via email in the coming days, and a copy will also be available to download on Team App in the ‘Documents’ section. The Registration Pack contains the following forms;
- Membership Form
- Fee Outline and Breakdown of Costs
- Uniform & Merchandise Forms
- Payment Form
- Sponsorship Form
- Team App Guide

Please note: if you complete the online Membership form (also in Documents) you will not need to fill out the Membership and Sponsorship Forms. Uniform Orders are compulsory for any new players.

First payment is due by 16th March 2018. Payment plans are available, please email Sharon at treasurer@northernstarsvolleyball.com for further details.
